Visit Rudi's Organic Bakery from the link above, to learn more about all of the baked goods they offer.
We love organic here, and we truly do believe buying organic when you can is important. There is much debate on organic fruits (with peels that we don't consume especially) and if it's worth it to buy organic fruits and veggies. Well, we think so.
We also think our grains and other ingredients should be as close to organic as we can get. We understand that there are times we have to settle for non-organic, but that doesn't mean we can't make a wise choice in it's place.
We were given some coupons from Rudi's Organic Bakery to try some of their baked goods. We've tried the White Hamburger Buns . These came frozen, but once they thawed out you would never know they had been frozen. Everyone in the family loved them. They were fluffy and not doughy, they were also a good size for our burgers.
Ingredient list for the White Hamburger Buns: Organic wheat flour, water, organic evaporated cane juice, organic high oleic sunflower and/or safflower oil, yeast, sea salt, organic potato flour, organic vinegar, organic oat flour, organic wheat gluten, organic cultured wheat starch, organic whole wheat flour, ascorbic acid, natural enzymes. CONTAINS: WHEAT
We also tried the Honey Sweet Whole Wheat bread.
Ingredient list for the Honey Sweet Whole Wheat:
Organic whole wheat flour, water, organic honey, organic
wheat gluten, organic evaporated cane juice, yeast, organic high oleic
sunflower/safflower oil, sea salt, organic oat flour, organic vinegar, organic
molasses, cultured organic wheat starch, organic barley malt, ascorbic acid,
natural enzymes. Contains Wheat.
I would, hands-down, buy these products again. I'm eager to try the other types of bread they have, as well as the tortilla and wraps, and bagel and sandwich flatz.
